We Value Your Feedback

Eastbourne Healthcare Partnership gathers patient feedback on its service using the established Friends and Family Test survey.

During the past year we have received feedback from almost 1000 patients following their scan with 97% of responses stating they would either be ‘Very Likely’ or ‘Extremely Likely’ to recommend our services to friends and family if they needed a scan.

We believe that we offer a high level customer focused service to everybody referred into Eastbourne Healthcare Partnership. All our staff employed have similar objectives in regards to wanting to ensure the service users journey is as simple and pleasant as possible.

Service User Feedback

This starts at the initial contact with the service user to ensure an appointment is made at the most appropriate time, through to the Radiographers and Sonographers who pride themselves on making the service user comfortable and relaxed during the scan. However, we do seek continuous improvement and therefore all feedback received from service users, whether positive or negative is welcomed.

Reviews can be left online (via Google), via e-mail, letter or completion of a feedback form which can be requested from a member of staff.

Below is the feedback we have received from those who have either had a DEXA (bone) scan or X-ray since April 2025. We continue to update this regularly to ensure that the public are informed of how service users have found there experience at Eastbourne Healthcare Partnership, whether positive or negative. If concerns are raised we will look to address these promptly.
