DBS Requirements
CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) has been replaced by the new DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service). All staff employed by Eastbourne Healthcare Partnership must have an up to date DBS check, DBS clearance is checked on a regular basis (annually) to ensure that all staff hold DBS clearance.
Safeguarding Commitment
The DBS prevents unsuitable individuals from working with vulnerable people in situations where they could be at risk and is part of our safeguarding policy.
